The St. George Stake Academy and Stake Academy Board collection is divided into five series. The St. George Stake Academy Series contains an original ledger and photocopies documenting the financial record of the contributions, in cash and labor, in building the St. George Stake Academy of the years 1908-1911. The ward, stake, organization, and donors’ names are listed with the amount of money or labor they contributed in building the St. George Stake Academy. They are arranged in chronological order.

The St. George Stake Academy Board of Education Series contains an original ledger and photocopies documenting the Church Board of Education of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints meeting minutes of the years 1907-1935. Also included are photocopies of the Church Board of Education Records of the years 1888-1893. They are arranged in chronological order.

The Newspaper Article Series contains newspaper articles regarding the St. George Stake Academy opening of the years 1909-1910. They are arranged in chronological order.

The Receipt Book Series contains fourteen original receipt books used in recording payments from the students for tuition and class fees of the years 1913-1918. An original bank receipt book containing the St. George Stake Adademy's deposits and bank balance is included of the years 1926-1928. They are arranged in chronological order.
