Bart Anderson Slide collection
This collection consists of slides by Bart Anderson ranging from Saint George to national parks, and Europe, including a few lecture notes, rock samples, and audio recordings of his lectures.
D. Elden Beck papers
The D. Elden Beck papers cover the years 1930 through 1977 and contain original and photocopied correspondence, historical photographs, published booklets, colored slides, original colored-pencil art by Ralph Huntsman, a copy of a short story by Maurine Whipple, and a biographical sketch of Beck.
J. L. Crawford collection
The J. L. Crawford collection consists of correspondence and articles written by J. L. Crawford, and his research files collected over the years. There are original and photocopied photographs of Crawford’s family, his World War II days; and Zions National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, while he worked there as a Park Ranger.
The collection was put together by Crawford during his lifetime while living in Springdale, Panguitch, and St. George, Utah.
Metta E. Nelson papers
Metta E. Nelson's papers contain the photocopied transcript of a fifty page journal kept by Mrs. Jack Randall and an accompanying album of photographs by her husband documenting a trip from Price to Cedar City, Utah from July 2 to August 9, 1915. As a member of the vacation party, Metta Nelson received a copy of the journal transcript and an album of the photographs.
