The Dixie Secession and Dixie Spirit Fundraisers Collection documents the 1987, 1988, and 1990 fund-raising gala events held in St. George, Utah

The President Joseph K. Nicholes collection consists of various papers and photographs related to President Nicholes that he kept during his presidency as the 3rd and 5th president of Dixie Normal College and Dixie Junior College [Utah Tech University] in the years 1920-1923 and again from 1927-1933. There are a few personal papers included making the collection span the years 1916-1951.

The records of the St. George and Washington Canal Company span the years of 1887-1955. The collection contains the financial and business records of the company, as well as their meeting minutes and correspondence. The Washington Field Canal Company records document the merger (1900-1901) of the company into its current corporate body.

The Superior Sugar Beet Growers Association records span the years of 1933-1943 and contain financial records, business records, and correspondence.

The records of the Rio Virgin Chapter of the Utah State Historical Society contain correspondence, financial records, newsletters, a historical site survey, and meeting minutes dating from 1967 through 1973.
