The Aaron Nelson ledger consists of a ledger book maintained by Aaron Nelson in the course of his business operations as a shoemaker in St. George, Utah from 1874 to 1885.

This file contains two physical sets of copies and 38 digital TIF representing 20 individual letters. Most letters are from Wilford Woodruff to Thomas Cottam. Some letters are addressed to both Thomas and his wife, Caroline Smith Cottam. One letter is from “Aunty Emma” Smith Woodruff and one letter contains a portion from Mary Alice “Little Alice” Woodruff. Many letters are signed with Wilford Woodruff’s alias, Lewis Allen.
